NEW DELHI: India's largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has decided to hike the price of select car models up to Rs 34,000, to ease input costs inflation.
The new prices will come into effect from January 18, 2021, Maruti Suzuki India said.
The price hike differs according to various models and ranges up to Rs 34,000(ex-Showroom-Delhi), it added.
The brand's dealers said that some varients, will not be affected by the price hike.
But it applies to most of its models, they said.
The change in the price list for Maruti cars come after it had announced its intention to raise the price earlier in December 2020.
