WASHINGTON:

Online video-sharing platform YouTube, on Tuesday, temporarily suspended Donald Trump’s channel.

The latest content uploaded to his channel was also removed for violating the policy against instigating violence.

In its statement, the Google-owned app said, “In light of concerns about the ongoing potential for violence, we removed, new content uploaded to Donald J. Trump’s channel for violating our policies.”

The channel has now been temporarily prevented from uploading new content for a ‘minimum’ of 7 days, read the statement.
