KABUL:

A US airbase in Afghanistan’s Bagram came under fire on December 19.

According to Parwan governor’s spokesperson Wahida Shahkar, the rockets were fired at the US Airfield from Qalandarkhil area in Parwan province.

Another official added that the rockets were fired around 6:30 am.

The 10 BM-12 rockets were positioned on small truck carriers in Qalandarkhil area, out of which four were triggered and six others were crippled by the police.

Meanwhile, the officials have disclosed no information on the loss of life or damage on assets, TOLO News reports.
