Nagaland maps Coronavirus through command and control systems

KOHIMA | JULY 18, 2020:

Nagaland reported 40 new positive cases of the Covid-19 virus in the last 24 hours.

According to Nagaland Health Minister, S Pangnyu Phom, out of 146 samples, 40 turned positive of the virus.

Of the 40 new cases detected yesterday, 39 are from Dimapur and one from Peren.

Meanwhile, 14 patients are said to have recovered from the Peren quarantine center.

"However, the recovered patients will be kept under strict surveillance," tweeted the minister.

So far, the total tally stands at 956, with 551 active and 405 recovered and no deaths.
