PRIME Awards - A step towards bolstering entrepreneurship in Meghalaya

SHILLONG:

Promotion and Incubation of Market-Driven Enterprises or (PRIME), which is part of the Chief Minister's E-Championship Challenge programme, organised the PRIME Entrepreneurship Awards on Friday at the State Convention Centre in Shillong, Meghalaya.

Chief Minister Conrad Sangma attended the event as the Chief Guest where he announced that a corpus fund of Rs 125 crore will be constituted over the next two years as PRIME fund to aid the efforts of the entrepreneurs of Meghalaya.

He also mentioned that an award called "CM’s Music Award" will be given on a monthly basis to honour the musicians of the state.
