Nagaland: Phek district teachers land in trouble

KOHIMA | AUGUST 10, 2020:
Eight erring teachers of a government school, including the headmaster, have been issued notice by a village school management board(SMB) in Phek district, Nagaland.
"We issued the notice since we don't want to put the career of the students at risk," said Thuvopisu Vesathu Dezo SMB Chairman.
The teachers who were absent since March, have been given seven days to respond and put up a legitimate statement for their absence.
